The Elements To Succeed
We come alongside International Nurses with short and long-term staffing solutions with a process that actually works!

1. Initial Assessment
Element Staffing conducts an initial assessment to understand qualifications, experience, and goals of each international nurse seeking employment placement in hospitals in the United States. Most hospitals will require at least 2 years experience in a tertiary hospital, so we also guide potential nurses on the years of experience.

2. Applications and Documents verification
This is an important step that requires the right experts to make sure that you are making the right applications to the right institutions. We work with you step by step throughout this process to make sure that your applications are filled out and submitted correctly for credential evaluations at CGFNS.

3. State Board Of Nursing
Once you have your credentials evaluations report issued and submitted to the state board of nursing of your choice, the next step will be to submit an application to the state board of nursing and register with Pearson Vue in preparation to take the NCLEX exam. Each State may have specific items needed to approve your application and issue an Authorization to Test (ATT).

4. NCLEX Preparation
Nurses graduating from associate or bachelor’s degree programs must sit and pass NCLEX to earn the right to practice nursing in the United States. Each State may have different additional requirements for candidates to be eligible to test.

5. Matching & Placement
Element Staffing utilizes a thorough assessment of the nurse’s qualifications and preferences to match candidates with suitable job opportunities in various healthcare institutions across the US. We aim to match our nurses to States they are interested in working in and we do everything possible to make it happen or get you closer to where you want to work.
Next Generation NCLEX was launched in April 2023 as a tool to measure clinical judgement and decision making of nursing candidates through the use of innovation and technology. A step-by-step guide on NCLEX registration process can be accessed at Register | NCLEX. Our team stands ready to help our nurses navigate through these steps.

6. Immigration process
Once you have been accepted by a healthcare institution as an RN, that specific institution will file for your employment driven green card. This is the hallmark of the Direct Hire model. Our partner hospitals agree that this model is and of itself unique and beneficial to the nurse and family as well as the healthcare institution.

7. Integration support
Being an international nurse relocating to the US can be exciting but also stressful. We are here to help with all aspects of your transition, from community support to cultural assimilation.

8. Ongoing support
In partnership with your hiring institution, Element Staffing will be available to offer support even after placement, ensuring that nurses have the necessary resources, addressing any concerns or challenges you may encounter in your new role or new home.
